No-Bake Cheese Pie
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 1/2 cups Cool whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup cherry pie filling (optional)
Beat cream cheese, till smooth. gradually beat in sugar. Blend
in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping (Cool Whip),
blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill till set (at least 4 hours)
Serve topped with cherry pie filling, if desired.
